David Pizano has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry with a wide array of projects throughout the state of Florida. All ranging from State Public Works, University, K-12 School facilities, Industrial, Custom Residential and Remodels. He is a State Certified Building Contractor, State Certified Home Inspector and in addition has a 5-20 All Lines State Adjusters License. David graduated from St. Petersburg College with a degree in Construction Managment & Technologies where he sat on the Board of Building Advisors. Along with his degree and licenses he has a passion for real-estate and photography that has inspired his eye for detail in capturing your homes unique qualities.
